Annual Captain
Billy's Seafood Cruise. For those coming from the Northern
Virginia area will meet at the Stafford County commuter
lot on Rte. 630. This lot is just off Exit 140 along I-95,
go west on Rte. 630 and the commuter lot is on the left
hand side. We will meet at the commuter lot at 11:45AM
and depart the lot at 12:00PM (noon). The caravan will
pick up others at the Wal-Mart on Rte. 3 in Spotsylvania,
then head to the Dalghren Technology Center on Rte. 301
in King George. We will leave the Tech Center at 1:30PM
and head to Captain Billy's. |

Sunday brunch at the Mimsyln Inn, in Luray, VA. The cost
is 19.95 + tax per person. The plan is to gather in Culpeper
at 10:15 a.m. at the Southgate Shopping Center. This is
the shopping center we have used in the past for the trips
to Graves Mountain Lodge. We will be arriving at the Inn
between 11:30 & 12:00. If you would like to attend,
please let us know by April 4. After brunch we plan to
go to the Luray Caverns for those that would like. In addition
to the caverns they have a car museum and low calorie fudge. |

by the Stafford Sheriff
Department. The event is for our 5th grade students who
have successfully completed the nationally recognized D.A.R.E.

"Air Power Over Hampton Roads" at Langley Air
Force Base in Langley, VA. The cruise will meet at the
Stafford Commuter
Lot off 630W (Courthouse Rd. @ 6:45am and depart south
at 7:00am sharp. The next pick-up point will be at Spotsy
Mall which will join the caravan. The caravan will continue
on south on I-95 and bear left to Williamsburg on I-295.
Around 8:15am, the group will stop at exit 37A and have
breakfast at the Cracker Barrel. Langley

Corvette Club. Highlights of the show, GM will bring
a new 2009 ZR1 Corvette infamous George Barris, Kustom

Vette Fest at Virginia Motorsports Park, registration will
be day of the event at the track gate. Mid-Atlantic
Vette Fest This event is hosted
by the Corvette Club of Richmond. |

Vettes at the Beach, which is just west of Syracuse NY,
the weekend of July
25th Last year we had a great time and there were over
450 Vettes in the show. This is not a "judged Show" it
is a fun show. They have goodie bags, Raffles Trophy's
and 50/50's.Ask Terry Hunter about the trophy he won last
year.We leave Firday and retrun on Monday the 28th. Rooms
may be available at the Fairfield Inn or Turningstone
Casino. So far I know of

200 Corvettes, and this event will draw that many corvettes

you have never been to this event it a must for any corvette
enthusiast or someone who just loves automobiles. 1958 Corvette
Reunion display. Corvettes at Carlisle is a three day event
if you can't make it for the whole weekend come out for
